Check in: Rooms are available from 12:00 on the arrival day. A communication about your arrival time (with 24 hours in advance), will be appreciated.
Check out: Rooms have to be vacated by 10:00 on the departure day. If necessary guests may leave their luggages at the reception till the departure time.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds.
- All children are welcome.
- One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
- One older child or adult is charged 25 euros per person per night in an extra bed.
- The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
- There is no capacity for cots in the room.
Roma tax
Rome City Council decided to charge 3,5 Euros per person per night on tourists who visit Rome. It is implemented from the 01/01/2011. We are sorry but this is unfortunately NOT included in the accommodation fee, upon making reservation please consider this extra fee in your budget.
Cancellation policy
Bookings that are cancelled will be subject to the following penalties:
- Up to 7 days before arrival date no penalty will be applied;
- From 7 days before arrival date your credit card will be debited a penalty of 30% of the entire stay;
- From 3 days before arrival date your credit card will be debited a penalty of 70% of the entire stay;
- In the event of a no show or early departure your credit card will be debited a penalty of 100% of the entire stay
- Any reduction in the duration of the stay will be considered a cancellation.
