1. Upon arrival, guests must submit a valid ID for each of the occupants of the room, to allow the communication of personal data to the State Police.
2. Guests will have the home’s keys; in case of loss there is a penalty of 50.00 euros.
3. The room may be occupied from 12:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00
4. Breakfast will be served in the kitchen from 7 am until 9.30 am
5. It is absolutely not possible to bring other people in the room.
6. During your stay, you cannot receive visitors.
7. In the room is NOT allowed to smoke.
8. Do not bring animals inside the B & B.
9. Do not take, unless otherwise agreed, anything from the kitchen, nor to use the equipment and / or fire in the kitchen.
10. Any damage to the structure, the implants or furniture and furnishings of the B & B will be declared and settled immediately.
11. The owner of the B & B reserves the right to access the rooms to carry out cleaning or maintenance urgent. Rooms will be cleaned every 4 nights.

The management cannot be responsible for personal unattended belongings both in the rooms and in the common areas. It is responsibility of the guests to look after personal belongings and valuables.
