Sono ancora a Roma per qualche giorno e soggiornare al "B&B Fiocca" l'ho trovato bellissimo fin da subito quando sono arrivato. L' ambiente é assai tranquillo ed é ottima la disponibilitá del proprietario Andrea ti fa sentire come se si fosse a casa. Si trova vicinissimo sia alla fermata della Metro A di Lepanto e anche a vari locali per trascorrere delle serate romane in completo relax. Il prossimo anno di sicuro ritorneró in questo magnifico posto perché mi sto trovando davvero bene. Lo consiglio a tutte/i.

La colazione è abbastanza ricca. Andrea è un ragazzo molto disponibile, presente e accomodante. La posizione è pratica è favorevole per chi ha bisogno di spostarsi, a cinque minuti dalla stazione metro Lepanto. In più è una zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla. La camere sono molto confortevoli, ti fanno sentire a casa. Il wi fi velocissimo. Nonostante sia stata solo un paio di giorni sono stata molto bene e a mio agio, senza troppe ansie.

Andrea is very friendly and helpful with any questions. His B&B is the perfect location for all sight seeing and is just a block away from the public transport which is better (more frequent, more stops, more options) than the tourist buses. Very clean and very quiet.

Este lugar tiene las tres cosas que busco en mis viajes: que la habitación sea confortable y se encuentre en excelente estado, que este ubicado cerca de la red de transporte (Fiocca esta a 3 cuadras de la estación de subte Lepanto) y un host que con sus consejos y tips te potencie la experiencia de estar en Roma. Definitivamente volvería a elegir Fiocca si algun dia llego a volver

Venivo anni fa una volta a settimana perche'seguivo un corso a Roma!! il posto e'perfetto, pulito e accogliente...ma il valore aggiunto lo da il proprietario!!!! grande!!!

Ne ho girati tanti di B&B, ma senza alcun dubbio ritengo "che Fiocca" sia di gran lunga il migliore dove io abbia alloggiato! Situato in centro, a piedi si possono raggiungere facilmente "San Pietro", "Castel Sant'Angelo", "Piazza del Popolo"; stanze molto carine, WI-FI, colazione gustosissima, ma soprattutto ospitalità fantastica. Number One!

Ho soggiornato al B&B Fiocca per 1 mese intero, non per vacanza ma per necessità mentre ristrutturavo casa... La struttura è ottima, pulita e accogliente. Grazie alla connessione Wi-Fi gratuita ho potuto anche lavorare. Ma il punto di forza è il titolare... Una persona squisita, gentile e dal cuore grande...

Le B&B "bbfiocca" est très bien situé, près du Métro LEPANTO à 5 mm, centre ville historique par bus à 15 mm et le Vatican tout près. Quartier commerçant immédiat (marché, supermarché, banque, habillement, patisserie, pharmacie, tabac, resto,) Andréa le propriétaire parle anglais et vous envoi un mail avec le plan avant votre arrivée et il connait très bien Rome, il sera vous conseiller. Ma chambre était simple et fonctionnelle avec drap de bain, la salle de bain commune avec WC très propre (avec séche cheveux). La vue du 1er étage sur la cour intérieure de cet immeuble de caractère italien est très calme et agréable vous pouvez rentré à toute heure et laissez vos affaires en toute sécurité dans votre chambre. Le petit déjeuner est classique accompagné d'un gâteau maison que vous partager avec les autres clients. Même en voyageant seule je ne me suis pas ennuyer un instant. L'emplacment du B&B permet de profiter Rome à toute heure jusqu'à minuit car près des bus de nuits et d'une station de taxi. Andréa est à l'écoute de ses clients, c'est un colocataire temporaire chaleureux.

No frills - but I wasn't in my room much (in fact I just slept there, and went out all day and most of the night!). It was very clean, the owner is very friendly and the area is so much nicer (and safer) than the Termini where you'll find other budget rooms. You need to realise that this really is like staying in someone's house, which I much prefer to a horrible chain hotel or hostel. The bathroom although shared is very clean and for me no trouble not to have my own on-suite. Lepanto metro is close (5 mins) and N5 buses run all night so it's no trouble getting home. However saying that the 'cool' places are easily walkable if you don't mind using your legs. If you're not a Princess (or Prince) expecting a fairytale experience, I think you'll be very happy.

I stayed at B&B Fiocca on my first night in Rome. After a 20-hour plane flight I was not feeling very alert and it took me some time to find the right building, but having identified it, getting into the building was easy. The building is a large one located on the piazza; there is a small parking lot in front of the building, and a small restaurant has tables and awnings on the sidewalk nearby. If you're standing in front of the building at the main gate, you will find the buzzer for Fiocca on the panel to your left. Fiocca is located in a tranquil neighborhood with few tourists. All of the rooms face the inner courtyard of the building and are well-insulated from traffic noise. The rooms are clean and the furnishings are comfortable and functional. Andrea, the proprietor, is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. I had a great time talking to him and he was full of suggestions about what to do and see while in Rome. I will definitely be staying at B&B Fiocca whenever I visit Rome in the future.

Fiocca B&B was quite charming to say the least. Every moment I spent there, though brief, was an unforgettable esperienza! Not only were the accommodations clean, quite, and authentic, the host Andrea was extremely personable and welcoming. I felt at home as soon he greeted me with a huge smile! Anyway - I'll ramble on and on, blah blah blah!!!! Stay here, it is a fabulous place! I know - trust me! Room Tip: The big one with the balcony overlooking the gorgeously landscaped courtyard is one of my favorite...

Un b&b assolutamente da visitare,pulito, ordinato,dove si respira un'aria elegante e nello stesso famigliare,la struttura è in zona bella e centrale, a pochi passi dal Vaticano e centro storico, molto vicina alla metro ed alle fermate degli autobus.le stanze sono ampie e ben arredate, io ho soggiornato in camera matrimoniale con un balconcino delizioso che si affaccia su un cortile dove un giardino ben curato con alberi e piante ,fa da padrone, che dà una serenità e pace per goderti una o più giornate romane, colazione ricca ed abbondante con un ciambellone semplicemente stupendo...da provare assolutamente...e per finire il fantastico gestore Andrea, elegante e raffinato nei modi, gentilissimo e disponibile e competente su come farti girare Roma ed indicarti i posti da visitare,lo consiglio e sicuramente ci tornerò

I had a very good experience. The room was nice, breakfast excellent, location great and really clean. The only thing is that it is not easy to find. Probably getting specific directions would have been perfect.

Abbiamo prenotato questo B&B su consiglio di amici e ci siamo trovati bene. L'accoglienza è stata piacevole, Andrea il gestore è stato molto disponibile. La camera matrimoniale è molto bella e pulita con accesso ad un balconcino sul giardino interno. Dopo una buona colazione abbiamo visitato il centro di Roma spostandoci a piedi. Grazie per l'ottimo soggiorno. Consigliato!

Good accommodations and reasonable price. Fairly close to Vatican and Piazza del Popolo. About a twenty minute walk to Castel Sant Angelo and Vatican City. Close to metro and easy to get around all of Rome. It's definitely a B&B I would stay at again. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. I appreciated how clean the room and bathroom was! The location is extremely safe and it's in a multi building complex with a courtyard.

Dopo aver consultato diversi hotel nella zona Prati ho deciso di prenotare in questo piccolo Bed and Breakfast avendo letto anche molte recensioni positive. Ottima accoglienza da parte del gestore Andrea, sempre disponibile. La camera singola è pulita e silenziosa, la finestra affaccia su un bel cortile con giardino. Colazione abbondante e bagno pulito. Ottima soluzione per visitare il centro di roma che dista pochi minuti a piedi. Anche la metropolitana è molto vicina. Tornerò sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!!!
